Hoje está à frente do Estúdio Romeu & Julieta, o qual é um dos sócios e cuida de toda parte de direção e criação das ilustrações e animações que a empresa desenvolve. "Romeu & Julieta é o marco da minha carreira, a realização de um sonho. Ter um estúdio com estrutura e suporte de atendimento e planejamento de tudo que é desenvolvido é fantástico. Minha sócia Patrícia Palma, publicitária, é a única profissional capaz de assumir este compromisso comigo, sabe do que somos capazes de fazer, juntos somos indestrutíveis (risos)". Hoje Jean Campos reside em Cuiabá, Mato Grosso. Seu estúdio é pioneiro no Estado e um dos poucos da região Centro-Oeste do Brasil, conta com parcerias com agências como F/Nazca, Age, NBS e BINDER/FC+M, trabalhando para clientes como Nike SB, OI, Oscar Freire, Cultura Inglesa, Petrobrás, Nation Wide Marítima, Previ, Shopping Nova América, Pakalolo, Freeday, Lilica Ripilica e Citycol. Além dos trabalhos já citados, ministra cursos, workshops e palestras sobre Adobe Illustrator, e processos criativos da ilustração, voltados a profissionais da área de publicidade e moda.
